Biography

Arjun Vishwanth is a seasoned litigator who focuses on civil litigation and transportation law. He also maintains a hands on relationship with the firm's many practise areas, and acts as a mentor to the firm's articling students in the areas of transportation law, criminal defence, and civil litigation. He advises transportation companies and corporations on MTO, DOT and FMCSA regulatory compliance, CBP and CBSA matters, corporate structure, employment law, insurance renewal and compliance, and complex financing.  

Arjun regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court of Ontario on complex civil litigation matters of all kinds.

He has developed a strong practise in the trucking transportation sector where he focuses on regulatory compliance as it relates to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), the US Department of Transportation (DOT), and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. 

Arjun has also appeared before the Court of Appeals in Ontario, the Federal Court, and Licensing Appeal Tribunals.
