Overview
With more than a decade of experience working in ground transportation law, Arjun Vishwanth heads the transportation division of VK Law Group.
Our firm supports and represents our transportation clients in all aspects of transportation law. We provide ground-up support for transportation clients, providing guidance in every aspect of the business - from employment contracts and Owner-Operator agreements to Highway Traffic Act regulatory support, defence, and Ministry of Transportation CVOR management and audit compliance.
We advise clients a wide range of areas, including purchasing, sales, leasing and financing of equipment, border security compliance requirements, large-scale asset purchases of commercial properties and C-TPAT certified yards, land-use and zoning, safety compliance, corporate structure and document maintenance, and Department of Transportation (US) and Ministry of Transport (CAN) regulatory compliance.

Arjun Vishwanth has acted as general counsel and compliance advisor to companies working to develop Electronic Logging Device technology for the transport industry, and is an expert in both Ministry of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, and has appeared before the Licensing Appeal Tribunal on numerous occasions.
We are there for you on a day to day basis to support your safety coordinators, and are available on call to assist in difficult times when accidents occur or drivers incur tickets pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act.
